Description
Manuel is a first generation coffee farmer and started off with only 0.3 hectares of land which has grown to 1.5 hectares. Working alone allows Manuel to survive from the proceeds of his land because he does everything on his own. Manuel focuses predominantly on preparation of micro-lots and while this does require more work, it brings Manuel joy knowing that it enhances the quality of coffee he is providing. The farm is located around 1050 meters altitude and have abundant shadow to protect his plants.
